| NY Town Supervisor Charged with DWI |

AUGUST 2011, Manchester, New York—Authorities report that a small-town supervisor in upstate New York has been charged with aggravated drunken driving after car had ran off the Thruway and hit two highway signs. Miller was not injured. State police reported that after Sunday's crash, 54-year-old Kenneth Miller's blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.23 percent. That is nearly three times the legal limit for driving in New York. The Palmyra supervisor has a two-year term in Palmyra which expires at year-end.. He is also a member of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors. He was ordered to appear in the town court on Sept. 7.
